The staff was very helpful and each person that works there speaks English which is definitely a plus. The workers that take care of the bar and restaurant are very helpful and seem to care about the people they are waiting on.
The deposit that I had to put down for my stay was WAY too expensive. Granted, I got that back at the end of my stay. But, it's not a good way to start a vacation having to pay such a high cost just for a deposit.

Very Good
Good price/quality ratio. Very close to CDG and frequented by air crew members. The rooms were ok and, after being insistent and checking-in relatively early, we got two adjacent rooms which was a must for us.
We went by car and parking is not included. Keeping parking tickets and paying everytime you get out of the hotel is a bit of a bother. Also, it was advertised that the first two hours were free, but it did not seem to be the case. Not a major problem, but it would have been nice to have one less thing to worry about.

Location near to the airport but in case of night flight, you need to ask for a taxi and it is 5 min drive but 45 euro.
The food served by the gourmet bar is very bad.
