Nice stay
Comfy beds, helpful staff, nice pool and kids area
Breakfast was ok but could be better with fresh cut fruit etc. Parking payable as an extra, bedroom a little tired and air conditioning not working too well

What was the highlight of Novotel Paris Roissy CDG Convention
Good Hotel but with less facilities.
Having to pay to use Shuttle Service is pain. Also, one have to reserve upfront to get place in shuttle. €4 / person per ride is too costly and that too only upto Roissypolè. For a family of three, Bolt ride would cost only around €9 as opposed to €12 to use shuttle service. Also, breakfast menu (Only Asian friendly menu) is same on all the four days I stayed there.

Pleasant
The room was okay, spacious and the hotel is close to the airport.
Everything seemed dead and empty at 11 PM. They have a damage policy which seems extreme - charging a deposit of about 500 USD, which then they decided to do it for 50 USD. I wrote asking about the shuttle and got a very generic answer, not really answering my question. The rooms are not as nice as in the pictures. I couldn't buy anything to eat even though I had read that the bar is open until 1200.
